Platinum Sponsors - 5 complimentary booth staff badges

  • Select “HCC Booth Staff Badge” during registration.
  • Additional booth badges can be purchased for $75 each by selecting the “HCC Booth Staff Badge – Additional.”

Confirm Exhibit Booth Number

Please view current floorplan to confirm correct listing of booth # in the exhibit hall. 8x10 booths include: carpeted flooring, pipe and drape, 6ft skirted table, 2 chairs, wastebasket, and basic wireless internet.

Exhibit Door Prize Donation Form

Door prize drawings during 2018 HCC will take place in the Exhibit Hall. Attendees look forward to winning prizes and participate with vigor. Involve your company in prize drawings to attract extra attention and traffic! If you intend to have an item at your booth for a door prize, please fill out the form using the link above by September 7. This ensures our staff comes to your booth on Day 2 and announces the winner of your prize.

  1. Send Promotional Item or Insert
    Platinum sponsors have the opportunity to submit a promotional item or insert in each attendee registration bag. A promotional insert can be a one-page flyer, post card or brochure-type marketing piece of collateral. Promotional item ideas include pens, koozies, prepackaged snacks with labels, water bottles, etc. Please send us approximately 300 pieces of your promotional insert or item to the address below by Sunday, September 16 (but not before Monday, September 10th) or run the risk of not being included in the conference materials

  2. Send Ad for Conference Program
    Please upload your ad below titled with the name of your organization. Platinum sponsors have the opportunity to place a full page full color ad in the conference program. The full page ad dimensions are: 7.75” x 9.875”. Ads must be received by Wednesday, September 5th, in order to be included in the conference program. Ads received after this date run the risk of not being included.
